This collection was most likely donated to the Case Archive of Contemporary Science and Technology. Parts of it are the collection of researcher John Tascher who wrote an essay on the society for which he received the Goddard Award for 1964. Acquisition information unknown.

Arrangement and description of the Cleveland Rocket Society Collection
The collection consists of two types of materials, those which were generated by the society during the years it existed ca. 1934-1938; and that material generated by John Tascher as he researched the society 1963-64. The collection is arranged by this division in the origins of the material and thus there are two series:

Niel Brandt's Timelines and Scales of Measurement Page
These are some timelines and a scales of measurement list that I have made. I am always working to improve them and would appreciate any comments. I put updates here occasionally. Feel free to grab and save any of these files and to pass them on to your friends.
Loved by "New Scientist" magazine! See the 30 July 1994 issue cover and page 35!
The TEX files below are in plain TEX and require no macro files. You need to have a DVI / POSTSCRIPT / PDF viewer hooked into your browser to look at the DVI / POSTSCRIPT / PDF files. I have converted some of the files into ASCII and might convert the others soon. If anyone has already done this, I would be most interested.

The Women of NASA resource was developed to encourage more young women to pursue careers in math, science, and technology. Throughout history, women have made valuable contributions to these fields. Although these disciplines are still dominated by men, and these women are seen as exceptions, there is a growing appreciation of cultural and gender diversity in the workplace. The Women of NASA interactive project showcases outstanding women who are enjoying successful careers and demonstrates how these women balance personal and professional responsibilities.
The main components of the project are the interactive events which include live chats, forums, and webcasts and offer participants the opportunity to dialogue with the featured mentor. You will also find the profiles and archived events a rich source of information on the NASA women and their work.
