From ToolCenter

"Based on their successful Open Video Project (http://www.open-video.org/), a digital video repository/library, Simmons College and Northeast Historic Film are using an IMLS grant to create a collection of template files, documentation and tutorials to enable libraries, museums and other organizations with limited resources to easily make their moving image collections available via the Web. The Toolkit will be created with the open source platform of Apache, MySQL, and PHP and will be available free of charge. A survey is now underway to help the inventors fine-tune the toolkit to needs of the field. So if you are considering building a digital video library, please visit the survey at <http://www.open-video-toolkit.org/studies/user_survey/>"
