Pliny

Pliny is a tool to help you manage personal research information in the form of notes and annotations that you gather as you are reading. It can be used with both with digital (web sites, images and PDF files) and non-digital (books, journal articles) materials.
In this sense, Pliny is a tool to support widespread established (and non-digital) scholarly research practice. It focuses on the scholarly acts of:
- reading and reacting to that reading, and
- developing an interpretation which arises from that reading.
A prototype of Pliny is currently available from [http://pliny.cch.kcl.ac.uk. ]. Pliny has been released. The current version is 1.0.0.
